1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to YourCampusPal, a product of Dean I.T. Services ("we," "our," or "us"), doing business as Dean Ventures. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. YourCampusPal is a comprehensive operating system designed for training centers to manage batches, enrollment, financials, and attendance across multiple branches. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

YourCampusPal provides a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform tailored for maritime and specialized training centers. Our core features include:

• Batch scheduling and calendar session management
• Trainee enrollment, document checklists, and directory tracking
• Financial operations including tuition tracking, OTC and GCash/Maya proof verification, fee schedules, and single-confirm refunds
• Floor attendance monitoring, kiosk QR tokens, and Training Hours tracking via our dedicated mobile apps
• Corporate seat block booking, nominee roster management, and multi-branch scoping
• Competency assessment evaluation and official record compliance

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform at our discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to administrators.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use YourCampusPal, your training center must create an organizational account. Administrators are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. You must designate authorized personnel (staff, instructors, and assessors) who will access the platform on your behalf.

3.2 Security Responsibilities

You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Implement robust password policies for your staff
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensure that staff accounts are disabled upon termination of their employment

4. Data Privacy and Ownership

4.1 Trainee Data

You retain all rights to the personal data of your trainees. By inputting this data into YourCampusPal, you grant us a license to host, process, and analyze this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are fully responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from your trainees under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173).

4.2 Compliance

We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your data. However, you must ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, particularly regarding data privacy and the collection of financial information.

5. Fees and Beta Partner Program

During our Official Beta phase (v2.1.0-beta.1), access to YourCampusPal is provided completely free of charge. Training centers and TVIs approved for our official beta partner program receive Free Forever access for their institutions in exchange for product feedback and collaboration.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the YourCampusPal platform. Specifically, you shall not:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software
• Share account credentials between multiple users to bypass licensing restrictions
• Use the platform to send unsolicited communications or spam

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

YourCampusPal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Dean I.T. Services (doing business as Dean Ventures) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business operations arising from the use of the platform.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in General Santos City, Philippines.
